Delivery Options Overview

Small items

Large items such as major kitchen appliances, laundry equipment, and bigger electronics may require special handling and scheduled delivery.
Exchange or Return of Goods
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the return conditions.
To keep your right to return the product, it must remain in its original condition and packaging. If the product has been inspected, opened, or tested, this does not automatically prevent a return, provided it has not been misused or damaged by the customer.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Original packaging
- Proof of purchase or invoice
- Warranty card, if included
- All accessories, manuals, and included parts
- Any service report or defect note, if applicable
Refunds are processed according to the applicable regulations after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
